What We Believe In

Education is critical to ensuring a good life, but our education system is still built around 20th-century ideas. Every child in America should have access to a high-quality public K-12 education that equips them with strong academic skills and prepares them for success after high school, whether they enter the workforce directly or pursue additional training. And those who choose to go to college should have affordable options that deliver clear returns on the time and money they invest, so that families can trust higher education as a pathway to economic mobility.

From kindergarten through graduate school, students deserve an education that opens doors and puts a middle-class life within reach. That's why our team is focused on moving the needle toward policies that produce stronger outcomes and deliver greater value. Access to education alone is not enough—every student should leave our education system with more opportunities than they had when they entered.
