Ryan brings a strategic mindset and collaborative approach to his role as Senior Manager of Business Operations. With more than a decade of experience across government, nonprofit, and international development sectors, he is driven by a commitment to building the robust infrastructure and streamlined processes organizations need to achieve meaningful impact. Prior to joining Third Way, Ryan served as a Foreign Service Officer and Operations Specialist at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where he supported global workforce operations and helped strengthen internal business systems. He holds an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary. Originally from San Diego, Ryan has a soft spot for the ocean, tacos, and reading a good book on the beach. He and his husband are the proud (and tired) dads of twin boys.
