As Deputy Director of Economic Communications and Health Policy, Ladan is focused on communicating and promoting Third Way’s economic agenda to policymakers, advocacy organizations, external partners, and the press. In addition to that, she also works on health policy focusing on health care disparities and equity issues. She is passionate about universal health care that is affordable and accessible to all.

Prior to Third Way, Ladan served as Communications Director and Senior Legislative Aid to Congressman Gregory Meeks. She managed all of the Congressman’s public communications to the press, on social media, and to external stakeholders. As the Senior Legislative Aid, she was in charge of health care policy and had the privilege of advocating for and helping to build support for health care solutions that helped the most vulnerable.

Ladan graduated with a Master of Public Health from George Washington University and received her undergrad degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
