What is the one word you would use to describe President Obama, Democrats in Congress, and Republicans in Congress? These were the questions posed to the “Droppers” and “Switchers” identified in our August 2011 poll—Obama voters in key battleground states who either chose not to vote in the 2010 mid-term elections or switched their vote to a Republican candidate. The “word clouds” were compiled to illustrate and emphasize the most popular descriptions volunteered by the truest swing voters from our poll: the “Persuadable Switchers.”
