Annual Staff Retreats
Every summer, Third Way staff gathers for a two-day retreat outside of DC. We create space to relax, learn about our colleagues as people, and discover new ways to actualize Third Way's mission and objectives.
Third Way pairs new hires with a current staffer "buddy" to guide them through the onboarding process and acclimate them to their new work life at Third Way.
