The Hobby Lobby Case: How Could the Court Decide?

These flow charts lay out some of the possible outcomes in the two Supreme Court cases challenging the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage requirement: Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. v. Sebelius. Combined oral arguments in both cases will be heard on March 25, 2014, and a decision will likely be handed down by the end of June 2014.
