Tori Wainwright

Office Operations Advisor

Tori Wainwright earned her master’s degree in human service counseling with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in 2022. Her interest in human services grew from a desire to support communities that are often undervalued and her passion to help connect people with resources and opportunities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Towson University in 2019, where she developed an interest in learning about different cultures and the experiences of different groups of people. Since then, she has built a career in administration and office operations, where she has enjoyed working with people and being part of a team. Tori joins Third Way as the Office Operations Advisor, where she will help keep the office running smoothly and create fun and engaging experiences for staff. She is excited to bring her experience to a collaborative environment and be part of a team that values connection, creativity, and making the workplace a positive place to be.

Outside of work, Tori is a self-described foodie and loves trying new restaurants around D.C. She also enjoys trying new workout classes, spending time with her dog and taking long walks, and, more recently, getting into photography. She is always looking for something new to try, whether that means finding a new restaurant, discovering a new part of the city, or picking up a new hobby.
