Philanthropy Associate

Rebecca Bullied

Rebecca has engaged with a variety of policy issues throughout her education and career. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in Government with a minor in Disability Studies. She earned her MSc in International Social and Public Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on NGOs and the current philanthropic landscape supporting U.S. nonprofits.

She is passionate about supporting organizations that employ evidence-based approaches to address complex policy challenges. Her professional experience includes serving as a Program Associate at the Fidelity Foundations and a Project Coordinator with the Office of Race and Equity at the Urban Institute, where she gained hands-on experience in grant management and program implementation.

Rebecca is excited to join the Third Way team as the Philanthropy Associate for the Climate and Energy Program, where she will provide grants management and philanthropy research support to advance key program initiatives. Outside of work, she can be found cementing her status as a regular at her local farmers market, exploring art galleries across Washington, D.C., and ranking the Smithsonian museum cafes.
