Stephanie Rosado

Before joining Third Way, Stephanie served as a Project Analyst for the federal government. There, she managed multiple projects and supported different agencies by analyzing data, running reports, and providing customer support to Pentagon and Mark Center officials. Her passion for helping others led her to become a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), which led her to work in an Emergency Department while also volunteering with the Fire Department. Her background also includes HR, business operations, finance, data analysis, and account management, which brings a wealth of diverse experience to her prior and current roles.

As the Project Advisor to the Business Operations Team, she partners with finance, human resources, information technology, and office operations to manage and track special projects. While successfully juggling multiple deadline-driven tasks. But working in an office environment was not always the norm for Stephanie.

Stephanie graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Social Science in System of Justice with a minor in Marketing.

Stephanie is a native Puerto Rican who enjoys spending time at the beach. In her free time, she likes to go hiking, running, practicing yoga, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
