Simone Potts was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Her interest in people, communities, and the systems that shape their experiences led her to Howard University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Political Science. While at Howard, Simone developed a deeper understanding of the relationship between policy, government, and everyday life, while building skills and experiences that ultimately shaped her path after graduation. Simone joins Third Way as an Office Experience Coordinator. In this role, she is excited to contribute to an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected. She looks forward to bringing her own perspective and experiences to Third Way while continuing to grow professionally. Outside of work, Simone enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and taking long walks. She also loves staying active through Pilates and Hot Yoga Sculpt and is always looking forward to her next opportunity to explore somewhere new.
