Sasha Galbreath
Senior Advisor for External Affairs Development and External Affairs
Sasha Galbreath is a Senior Advisor for External Affairs at Third Way, with deep experience turning complex policy and political challenges into clear, compelling narratives that move people and deliver measurable impact. Sasha spent several years on Capitol Hill, supporting Members of Congress in shaping strategic communications and building coalitions. She served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Congressman David Trone and later Senior Advisor and Communications Director for Congresswoman April McClain Delaney, leading messaging, and media strategy in a competitive district. Earlier in her career, she worked at Clyde Group, a public affairs firm, where she directed national campaigns across technology, healthcare, education, and agriculture. An unapologetic Marylander and a proud University of Maryland alum, Sasha is also a dedicated Orioles fan—because someone has to endure the stress.
