Lydia Omoaregba

Lydia is passionate about helping people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. While attending the University of Rhode Island, she discovered her passion for understanding individuals, addressing their needs, and helping them navigate toward effective solutions. This passion led her to completing a year of service with AmeriCorps on the Pacific Coast, where she was able to make a direct impact on the community.

After completing her AmeriCorps service, Lydia relocated to the DMV area and joined Child Care Aware of America. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of customer-facing roles, refining her ability to guide individuals through processes and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Lydia joins Third Way as a Human Resources Generalist, bringing a deep passion for HR and a strong understanding of the field. She looks forward to supporting staff and cultivating workplace environments where individuals can thrive.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys relaxing in her favorite place—the couch—watching movies and TV shows. She also cherishes spending quality time with her family and close friends, always seeking ways to build stronger connections in her personal and professional life.
