Kyle Phillips

Office Operations Manager

A native of Trinidad, Tobago, Kyle Phillips moved to the United States at eleven years old. Since, Kyle has always had a passion for politics, especially as it pertains to women, people of color, and people from low-income communities. Kyle comes to Third Way with over 20 years of non-profit office management experience. He finds his familiarity working in non-profit keeps him on his toes and challenges him to think outside the box, all of which Kyle finds requires a great deal of creativity.

Kyle received his undergraduate degree in Human Relations from Holy Names College, a degree he feels has served him well in understanding the importance of building and nurturing professional relationships with colleagues throughout his professional career. Non-profit work is often very demanding, requiring a lot of you at times, which is why it’s so important to see the humanity in all those you work with. Kyle feels that this realization keeps him grounded and connected to his own humanity.

Kyle is scheduled to start grad school next fall, where he will pursue a master’s degree in Social Work.

In his personal time, Kyle enjoys reading, cooking, writing poetry, and traveling.
