Arielle Baldwin
Arielle Baldwin works with Third Way as a Development Advisor. She primarily focuses on fundraising initiatives involving the organization’s individual donors. Originally from Dayton, OH, Arielle attended Bowling Green State University. It only took one American government course for her interest in the American political landscape to take off. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in Journalism four years later.
After graduating from BGSU, Arielle moved back to Dayton and worked in campaign finance for an election cycle before working as a Crisis Response Specialist with a local domestic violence shelter. The latter experience helped Arielle understand the importance of promoting racial and gender equity in all policy areas – particularly labor and economic policies. Arielle moved to Washington, DC in 2019 to attend American University’s School of Public Affairs where she received her Master’s in Public Administration. Immediately after moving to DC, Arielle began working as a fellow with NewDEAL. Here, she received an upfront education on fiscally moderate Democratic policies from local officials across the nation and how these polices impact constituencies.
Upon graduating with her master’s degree, Arielle paired her experiences as a Crisis Response Specialist with the knowledge she gained from NewDEAL and started working in development as the External Affairs Associate with TIME’S UP. There, she managed all non-press and revenue building external engagements.
Outside of work, Arielle can be found at a wine bar with friends or pretending not to struggle through a yoga session.
