Gaby Hartney
Gabriela is the Health Policy Advisor at Third Way. She is passionate about creating an affordable, reliable, and accessible healthcare system for all Americans, including expanding programs like the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid. Prior to joining Third Way, she spent four years on Capitol Hill working for a New Jersey lawmaker in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. She was previously a Policy & Communications Fellow for the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania and served an AmeriCorps VISTA year in Philadelphia. Gaby has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in international studies. Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Gaby loves spending time at the beach, reading, and exploring new hikes.
