Noah Cosimano
Day one in political psychology class, Noah learned that telling people not to think about elephants doesn’t work. Heeding this ancient wisdom, he has spent over a decade working in politics decoding how audiences are best persuaded and what messaging and creative strikes the right chords with voters. This is where Noah thrives, at the intersection between art, strategy, and policy. Noah brings that experience to Third Way’s Moderate Power Project as the head of the Mod Comms team, where he helps lead a group of creatives who uplift center-left voices and ideas to challenge the extremes that have seemingly taken over the digital megaphone in American politics.
Prior to joining Third Way, Noah worked in every level of politics, from state and local officials’ offices to national campaigns and public affairs work. He attended Emory University where he spent years researching the effects of emotional and values-based language on electoral outcomes with Dr. Drew Westen. And most recently he ran the digital strategy program for a national public affairs firm. He also served as a senior member of the Biden and Harris 2024 presidential campaign creative teams (ask him about Ben Stiller and peach cobbler).
When he isn’t working, Noah is probably out in nature, watching the Bills or baseball, or on a random weekend trip.
