As the Deputy Director of Digital Communications at Third Way, Kaitlyn leads the digital team and manages the organization's digital communications portfolio. She collaborates across teams to develop marketing strategies to amplify Third Way's policy and advocacy campaigns.

Prior to Third Way, Kaitlyn spent five years on Capitol Hill serving as the Digital Director for the House Committee on Energy & Commerce. After a decade working in the field, Kaitlyn has seen first hand the evolution of the online communications and social media platforms. Motivated to leave the world better than she found it, she utilizes her expertise to advocate for issues and policies she is passionate about. Born and raised in Georgia, Kaitlyn attended the University of Georgia where she graduated magna cum laude with degrees in both Public Relations and Psychology. When she's out of the office, you can find Kaitlyn trying out a new recipe, traveling with her husband, or with her nose in a book.
