Each year, nearly 20 million students enroll in our nation’s higher education system, sending tuition checks to the college or university of their choice. But where exactly does that money go? This video reveals that when you look under the hood, only a small fraction of tuition revenue actually goes toward student instruction. And those institutions still receive billions in federal funds annually.
