With so much happening in the news last week, you may have missed Washington Governor and presidential candidate Jay Inslee’s 100% clean energy plan. This is the second fully-detailed climate plan to be released in the run-up to the 2020 primaries, with more certainly on the way. Inslee’s plan is ambitious, incredibly aggressive, and technology-inclusive. We were excited about what was in the plan as well as what the campaign has promised to release in the coming weeks regarding innovation and decarbonizing the industrial sector, the fastest growing source of US emissions.
