Letter in support of S. 2795, the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act
Third Way wrote a letter expressing its strong support of a bill (S. 2795) that would address the need for the NRC to develop a safe and efficient licensing pathway for advanced nuclear reactors, as well as reform the fee structure for the existing nuclear fleet.
