Women in Energy Happy Hour

On November 13, 2025, Third Way’s Women in Energy community came together at Vital Voices, a global organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, for our final happy hour of 2025. The evening celebrated a year of connection, collaboration, and the women driving change across the energy sector. Guests shared “What are you working on?” and “What’s charging you up?”, highlighting projects ranging from transatlantic policy, geologic hydrogen, and energy affordability to AI and energy, next-generation geothermal, and developing the next generation of female talent. The evening offered a fun and engaging way to learn more about the work happening across our community, and the ideas, accomplishments, and everyday joys keeping women in energy energized.
