Third Way’s First Women in Energy Happy Hour
On May 8, Third Way launched its Women in Energy series with an inaugural happy hour at Jackie in Washington, DC’s Navy Yard. The event brought together women at all career levels from across the public and private sectors to build connections, strengthen community, and celebrate the role women play across the energy landscape. Dr. Rudra Kapila and Christel Hiltibran of Third Way shared remarks on their experiences and perspectives on working in the energy sector, highlighting the importance of women’s leadership in driving innovation, meeting growing energy demand, and shaping the sector's future. The evening laid the foundation for a growing Women in Energy community centered on connection, visibility, and support.
