As we look beyond 2020, the political world is still grappling with a particularly complex issue: What is the future of polling? Despite important methodological tweaks embraced by public opinion experts, some national and state polls in 2020 were off by similar margins as in 2016. Yet, polls for the Georgia runoff elections were spot on.

We gathered some of the best in the business to make sense of this complicated question.
