If the Supreme Court overturns or severely weakens the protections of Roe v. Wade, the realities for women and families will drastically change—especially in battleground states.
Lanae Erickson, Third Way's Senior Vice President for Social Policy & Politics, moderated a conversation about the forthcoming Supreme Court ruling with leaders from purple states: Attorneys General Aaron Ford of Nevada and Georgia State Senator Jen Jordan. They talked about what they expect to confront both substantively and politically in the likely event of a SCOTUS decision seriously eroding the rights of women in their states.
