Third Way Statement on King v. Burwell Supreme Court Decision

Today Third Way issued the following statement from Gabe Horwitz, Director of the Economic Program:

“It’s finally time for conservative special interests to realize that the ACA is here to stay. Millions of Americans can rest assured that they will continue to get stable and secure health care coverage. Policymakers need to now look toward the future and focus on improving the law and addressing the next phase in health care: reducing the waste and improving each person’s experience with health care. Because when patients stay healthy, or get better quicker, they need less care.”
