The US has thousands of colleges, but attention often focuses on a handful of elite schools—even though regional public universities (RPUs) educate nearly 70% of all college students. Our expert panel unpacked the findings of our most recent poll of students at these institutions, and discussed the unique role of RPUs in expanding access and opportunity.
