Trump Budget Decimates Energy Innovation

WASHINGTON—Third Way issued the following statement from Josh Freed, Vice President for Clean Energy:

"The Trump budget is enough to make anyone who believes America should lead in clean energy innovation weep. We are a world leader today because of the government’s partnership with companies and private investors in science and innovation. President Trump proposes to gut the energy innovation partnership and, with it, abandon America’s economic, national security, and science leadership."
