A veteran of the Obama Administration and Capitol Hill, Taylor comes to Third Way from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he most recently served as Acting Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs.

“Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Third Way, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team,” said Third Way President Jonathan Cowan. “Josh has earned a reputation as an exceptional leader and skilled communicator throughout his time in the Administration, on Capitol Hill, and on political campaigns. He will be a vital asset in leading our communications team and advancing Third Way’s mission.”

Taylor has more than 14 years of experience in federal and state politics. From 2003 to 2011, he served as the communications director for former Congressman Chet Edwards.
