When colleges graduate only about half of all students they enroll, it’s clear that there’s a leaky pipeline in higher ed. And low-income students and students of color are most likely to attend institutions that let them fall through the cracks. Fortunately, the Build Back Better Act includes a College Completion Fund (CCF)—a first-of-its-kind federal investment aiming to not only get students into college but also get them through to graduation. Here are ten ways the College Completion Fund could support the students who need it most.
