Marc Elias is a powerhouse in the field of election and political law. He is the chair of Perkins Coie’s Political Law Group, where he is the nationally recognized authority and expert in campaign finance, voting rights, and redistricting law and litigation. He is also considered one of the leading recount and post-election attorneys in the country. Named by Politico Magazine as one of the “50 Politicos to Watch,” Marc has argued and won four US Supreme Court cases, founded the newsletter Democracy Docket, and is frequently quoted by the national media about both politics and political law.
