Aaron started his work in energy as a Navy “nuke” aboard the USS Enterprise CVN-65, performing two deployments while operating and maintaining nuclear reactors on the world’s most complex reactor platform. Aaron came to Third Way from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Energy Market Regulation, where he focused on east coast electric markets and uses his experience in energy production, transmission, distribution, regulation, and markets to create modern solutions tailored to today’s complex energy needs.
Aaron has a B.S. in Economics from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He enjoys spending his free time skiing, hiking, jumping in alpine lakes, and playing laser tag.
