National Marijuana Poll Toplines—September 2014

Third Way and Anzalone Liszt Grove conducted a national poll to better understand how Americans feel about legalizing marijuana, and found a “marijuana middle” that supports Congress providing a safe haven from federal law for states that have legalized medical or recreational marijuana. The margin of error is +/- 3.3% at the 95% level of confidence and higher for subgroups.
