Brylie has been passionate about sustainability and bringing attention to climate change since she was a child; her family’s favorite story to tell involves Brylie at age eight walking around her neighborhood with a bag to pick up trash. Although her methods have evolved substantially since elementary school, Brylie’s dedication to protecting the planet remains the same. That is why she is proud to join Third Way as the Executive Coordinator of the Climate & Energy Program.

Brylie graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Global Cultural Studies, as well as a double minor in Writing and Drama. As a Global Studies major, Brylie enjoyed the ability to study intercultural communication and learn more about what unites people across the world. She was also active in Deneb STARS, the university’s program dedicated to low-income and first generation college students, serving as a Peer Mentor for three years.

Prior to joining Third Way, Brylie worked as a freelance writer while interning at various nonprofits such as the St. Louis branch of the World Affairs Council. Her hobbies include reading, writing, and finding new places to hike and explore. Brylie is excited to work at Third Way as an Executive Coordinator and support the Climate & Energy team as they all work to make the world a better place.
