Rob Keast is the Vice President of Outreach at Third Way. Before coming to Third Way, Mr. Keast was the Program Manager for Government and Legislative Affairs at the Partnership for Public Service, where he was responsible for advocating the organization’s legislative agenda on Capitol Hill and with the Executive Branch. During the Clinton Administration, he worked for the Welfare to Work Partnership, an effort of the White House and business community to hire those off the welfare rolls. Prior to that, he was a National Service Fellow at the Corporation for National and Community Service where he authored a study on public-private partnerships. He spent a year as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member his year after earning his Bachelor’s degree from Catholic University. He holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
