SUMMARY

An empirical look at the Bush record on enforcement of immigration laws.

This report updates a Third Way paper from 2006 (Heck of a Job on Immigration Enforcement). This study reveals that the enforcement of immigration laws during the first five years of the Bush Administration is down 30% from the last five years of the Clinton Administration, despite an increase in border personnel.
