Creating a 40-Hour Work Week for Incarcerated Individuals

For most incarcerated people, their time spent behind bars is largely unproductive. The 40-Hour Work Week program would replace idleness with productivity during incarceration, by requiring that each participant in the program spend 40 hours on self-improvement each week.
