Michael K. Hollman
Michael’s passion for political communication began in his hometown of Norfolk, Virginia. There he witnessed many politicians who did not craft messages to get the communities he lived in engaged in the political process. This experience fueled his desire to enter the world of politics and reach out to marginalized and forgotten communities through effective communications strategy.
As press advisor, Michael works to support and promote Third Way’s brand and message by building and maintaining relationships with reporters and media outlets. Prior to Third Way, Michael completed internships for The Congressional Black Caucus, Congressman G.K. Butterfield, and Congressman Bobby Scott.
Michael is a proud graduate of Norfolk State University and current graduate student at American University. When he’s not working with reporters to promote Third Way, Michael can be found exploring new restaurants, planning trips to new cities, and counting down the days until he’s finished with graduate school.
