Clare discovered her creative talents in her 5th grade art class, while making an African-inspired mask out of recyclables, and hasn't looked back. She gravitates towards illustrative and narrative art, but also dabbles in all things crafty and DIY.
As Multimedia Designer, Clare develops, creates, and maintains marketing and communications materials on an organization-wide basis to support and promote Third Way's brand and messaging; including publications, infographics, presentations, and event signage. Clare also collaborates routinely with program staff and outside vendors to coordinate the production and distribution of products across multiple mediums.
Previously, Clare designed political mail for the 2012 Democratic Party Campaign with The Pivot Group, has worked with Streetsense—an experience-focused design and strategy collective, and spent some time as a painting instructor.
Clare is a proud Terp, having earned her B.A. in Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Maryland.
